Log in to your Secusoft account

Did you receive a Secusoft account from your employer? Read here how to log in to your account, or watch our Dutch instruction video on YouTube.

1. Go to your employer's Secusoft portal via the browser.
   You have received a link/web address from your employer. It should look like this:
   https://company name.secusoft.com/
   Each Secusoft customer has their own portal address where `company name` has been replaced by the name of the company you work for.


2. Enter your username, which you received from your employer.


3. Enter your password.
   You may have first received an activation link where you chose a password yourself, or you may have received the password from your employer.


4. Click on Login.

We advise you to change your password immediately after logging in for the first time. See the video for an explanation.

Link multiple accounts

Do you work for different employers with Secusoft? You can link your accounts to each other. How this works, you can see here.

Can't figure it out yourself? Then contact your employer. They are in contact with the Secusoft support team.

Forgotten password

Have you forgotten your password? And can you no longer log in via the Secusoft app? Then you will have to request a password reset from your employer. For security reasons, there is no automated reset function.

If you can still log in via the app, you can change the password via the app.
