Login for customers
Here you can create a login for customers and you can give the customer access to reports, alarm receipts, invoices and quotations.

You can set what this person is allowed to see per customer login. The customer can also add instructions under "Customer instructions" that will be shown directly to the employee. If desired, you will receive a notification by e-mail when a customer has added new instructions.

Advantages of the customer portal:

  • Each customer has their own login with rights set by you
  • The customer (principal) can view his reports, alarm receipts, invoices and quotations and print them if necessary
  • Specific instructions for a particular object or work location can be added here by the customer
