Within Secusoft, you can give your clients insight into the assignments you perform for them. Simply create a client portal, and after logging in, the client can view the following:
Client login
Create a separate login name and password for each client and grant them access to their own portal within your Secusoft. Naturally, the client will never be able to see your other clients or any other client's data.
What can a client see in the client portal? For each client login, you can configure what that person can see. For example, whether the client can add "client instructions", which are immediately displayed to the employee. If you enable this feature for the client, you can also set it up so that you receive an email notification when a client has added new instructions.
To guide your customers through the customer portal, we`ve created a manual. This manual describes step-by-step how to log in and where to find reports, schedules, and other functions within the customer portal. It also explains how customers can add their own instructions.
