Your fellow security guards who are scheduled for the same object at a different time also see clearly via the overview which individuals are not welcome. The most important information and a recognizable photo of the person involved are shown.
If you give permission for this, the store manager also has insight into the module, and can add denials himself via the customer portal.
When creating a denial, you can choose from:
In this way you can also report a suspected theft, whereby you call for extra vigilance when identifying this person. Or when the person in question has been warned, but he or her has not (yet) been denied access.
With this module you also immediately have the completed exemption at your disposal, in a printable file. This allows the disqualification to be signed on the spot and issued to the suspect.
