Rates for security services

Within the Secusoft software you can easily set the fixed rates and also the special rates and price agreements per customer/client. This prevents errors and confusion and the preparation of an invoice is even faster.

When creating an invoice, you select the client. At that moment all data (name, address, etc.) is automatically entered and the list of rates for this client is automatically loaded. You now only have to click on the service and enter the number (hours) and the invoice is ready. All amounts, subtotal, total, VAT amounts and even splitting the total amount for the G account, if you have one, is automatic. It's that easy!
