Classifications and division into groups of employees

Thanks to a smart module called Classifications, Secusoft allows you to divide employees into different groups. These groups are called classifications, and you can set them up and create them yourself. This makes planning and creating schedules much easier.

Security Officer, Doorman, Dog Handler, or First Aider?

The module is flexible and can be used in multiple ways. You can assign employees to a convenient classification name, or you can create classifications based on training or special screening. This allows you to quickly select employees from the schedule who, for example, have been trained at a specific facility, are qualified as dog handlers, or have their VCA (Safety, Health and Environment Checklist Contractors) certification.

Classifications are also possible based on the type of security guard. One security guard might be a dedicated hospitality doorman, while another might be a highly experienced shop security guard. Thanks to the classifications, you can quickly make the right selection.
