With the 'type` lists in Secusoft, you can quickly and easily distinguish between the various types:
By distinguishing between the different types, you can later filter by each type. This saves a lot of unnecessary searching.
You can create the lists with different types yourself; we have already included the most commonly used defaults in your account. For example, if you add a new emergency report, you can immediately assign it a specific emergency type. To edit or expand the list of incident types, click on the relevant module in the red section of the menu.
The module can be fully customized.
For example, if you add a new employee, you must link the correct contract type, as this is the basis for calculating any allowances. You can assign the contract types you create in Secusoft to an allowance yourself. Secusoft has already created the most common contract types for you; you can add other contract types as needed.
By placing each report line in the service report in the correct category, all incidents can be easily and quickly filtered later. This means you don't have to go through every report individually. See how it works in our Dutch instructional video.
This also allows you to define different types of alarms, files, expenses, assignments, and rounds. Secusoft has already included the most common types in the software, so you can get started right away.
