Customer instructions

In some cases, a customer or client has specific instructions for the security guards. They are shown here. The customer can add them himself via the customer portal, or you can add the instructions for the customer, at "Customer instructions".

These are instructions for a specific object or work location. In principle, a customer adds this himself via the customer portal, but it can also happen that you add this, for example after a telephone instruction from a customer.

Customer instructions visible to relevant employees
These instructions are shown to the employees on the Secusoft dashboard (app or computer, as soon as the employee is logged in) if he / she has a shift in the schedule for this location. The rights `View Customer Instruction` must be orange for the employee.
