Material lists

When providing security services, it's essential that employees know exactly what clothing and equipment they need. As the owner of a security company, you want to keep track of what has been issued and what has been returned, and ensure that every security guard starts their shift well-prepared.

Therefore, it's important to create clear material lists for each assignment or event. Just like with the work instructions, Secusoft now also allows you to create an overview of required equipment and workwear per shift. Think of walkie-talkies, jackets, pants, tablets, flashlights, or other items.

Link material lists to services
With Secusoft, you can easily create a material list for each assignment, which is visible to the employee through their user account. You determine how far in advance the employee can view the list. As soon as the shift starts, the list can be opened via the tool icon in the schedule. This way, the employee knows exactly what needs to be taken to the location.

Setting employee permissions
Just like with other modules, you can set employee access rights here. You decide who can view, edit, or return items to the material list. By default, "view" is set to orange, and "add," "edit," and "delete" are set to red. This way, you maintain control while ensuring accessibility.

Easily create a material list using the Equipment & Clothing module

When creating a material list, you choose from the items you previously added to the "Equipment & Clothing". Here you can indicate the required quantity and size for each item, as well as the date of issue and the expected return date. You can also add comments for additional clarity.
