The Official Report (Proces-verbaal) module in Secusoft provides an easy way for supervisors, enforcement officers, and BOAs (special investigating officers) to draft an official report. You can add a standard introductory text, including optional dynamic tags for your name, rank, or officer identification number.
It is recommended to draft the official report directly on-site for the most accurate record of events. Simply click the plus sign next to the module in the purple section of the menu. The exact location is retrieved and added when you click the “Get GPS location” button.
With one press of the “Now” button, you can enter the current time for the start, end, and findings fields. This saves unnecessary typing and helps prevent manual errors. Files such as photos and other documents can also be attached to the official report.

Through the master account, you can set up a standard introductory text under Settings. This text may contain dynamic tags such as [name], [corps], [officerID], [warrantNumber], or others. For example:
I, [name], [corps], also designated as a special investigating officer, warrant of appointment [warrantNumber], officer identification number [officerID], hereby declare the following:
When creating a new report, this standard text will already be prefilled.
You can also add standard comments through the master account. This reduces typing when drafting similar reports.
Digital signature and sharing with the client
After applying a digital signature and statement of truth, the report can be saved and, if required, sent directly by email to the client. Secusoft software is ISO 27001 certified, which means that all data is stored securely in a highly protected environment.
