The Secusoft Official Report module is a simple way for supervisors, enforcers and boas to draw up an official report. It is possible to provide this with a standard introductory text, possibly with dynamic tags for your name, rank or officer number.
It is recommended that the official report be drawn up immediately on site for an even more accurate report of the incident, and the addition of the exact location by means of a. the `get gps location` button.
It is possible to enter the current time at the start, end or findings by pressing the `Now` button. You can also add files such as photos or other documents to the official report.
Tools: standard text and standard comments
Via the master account it is also possible to create a standard introductory text via the Settings. This can be provided with dynamic tags, such as [name], [function], [rank], [verbalisantnr], [nrvanakte] or otherwise. For example:

You will now see that this standard text is already filled in when creating a new Official Report.
You can also add standard comments via the master account. This saves typing when drawing up similar official reports.
After digital signature and statement of truth, the official report can be saved and, if desired, e-mailed directly to the client.

As a reporting officer, do you not work for the client, but do you report as an external reporter? Then it is possible to be classified as such. In that case, the official report will receive an additional note at the end.
