Send messages quickly thanks to the mail groups

The email groups module allows you to pre-select recipients. Besides selecting from the employee list, you can also add 20 external email addresses. When creating internal messages through Secusoft, simply select the relevant email group, and all recipients are automatically selected. This feature saves time and makes working with Secusoft even more efficient.

You can select a specific employee when creating a new group, or you can choose to select all employees scheduled for a specific assignment or event. A third option is to send the email to employees who have worked on a specific assignment or are scheduled for it.
Don't worry, employees who are currently off duty will no longer receive the message.
